My name is Kym Marie McDonald and I am a coach, facilitator and speaker specialising in transformational change, and deep energy work. Mindgarden is a heart centered space for you to share the deeper realities of Soul moving through your life. We ask you the deepest questions of Life, and challenge you beyond what you believe ...or perceive is the truth in any one moment. True growth is sustained when we can expand upon and stretch what may be the boundary of that truth that we currently hold. This is a place for inspiration, awareness and deep truth that operates within us all at all times, even when we may be lead to forget from a world that has over time narrowed its view of who we really may be and what we really may yet become.

Transformational coaching allows for an inner opening to take place from the heart centered foundation of empowerment and expansion of self awareness.
It is a profound relationship between coach and client, heart and soul which facilitates deep emotional healing and discovery while removing blocks to joy and a full experience of life which is our birthright.

True transformational healing and transmutation takes place at our deepest level through deep energy work and integration. At the level of Soul we are whole and all is one.
