AIM has a team of health professionals dedicated to assisting people to achieve their full potential at home, in the community and at work. We work with individuals and companies to ensure barriers are identified and controls put in place to reduce risks.We hold many ACC contracts to assist with returning employees to work including increasing their work fitness, negotiating suitable duties, provision of equipment and workplace modifications and educating individuals in the management of their pain.We work with individuals with musculoskeletal disorders or discomfort pain and injury affecting all aspects of their lives and independence.We assist companies to perform task analysis to assist in management of workplace injuries, pre employment testing and returning ill or injured workers back to work or assisting them to stay at work.
