wate of time|#|Visa Global Logistics is a complete nightmare to deal with, 70% of shipments have problems either lost, paperwork not filled out correctly, over a weeks wait is common for them to get a courier in to ship out a product. No amount of speaking with the staff or general manager over a period of 3 months made any difference. A really couldn't care less, your problem attitude. Impact on our business was massive, lost business, having to provide cash compensation to our customers, loss in customer good will, lost time in calling them and chasing them around every every day.
