McConnell Property is one of New Zealand’s largest master plan developers. Our projects include commercial, mixed use and residential developments.

We’re committed to the creation of master planned environments that will provide enduring, healthy and vibrant living and working places - places that will meet the needs of today as well as the changing wants and needs of tomorrow’s society.

Current projects include providing Development Management Services for a residential development in Fiji and Point Ridge in Albany. Also under construction are Addison in Takanini, a 1,500 home master planned community including a Town Centre and consented Retirement Village, Anselmi Ridge in Pukekohe, an award winning 176 home master planned residential development, and Titanium Park, a 75ha master planned business park around Hamilton International Airport.

Recently completed is the PwC Centre, a 4-star green-rated PWC Centre commercial building in the Hamilton CBD, winner of the Property Council Waikato regional award and a finalist in the Property Council NZ national awards.

Established in 1998, McConnell Property is part of the Hawkins Group, one of New Zealand’s largest privately owned property and construction businesses.
