Nothing|#|Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in yesterday and asked how much for a wash and ghd straightening. I had told them my hair was a little past my shoulders and that I do have a lot of hair. They had quoted me $50 when usually it was less. I took a minute to think about it and agreed to have it done. After my wash, the woman had started blowdrying my hair and started saying something in Chinese/Asian to her fellow colleagues. She then told me that the price has been raised to $60! I was furious because she had originally quoted $50, started the job only to then raise the price while I was in the chair. I couldn't walk out with my hair all frizzed out so I agreed to pay $60. She then asked for assistance and I was so distracted by the constant giggling and talking in their foreign language that I was literally biting my tongue to stop me from snapping. It is so unprofessional to talk in a foreign language in the presence of a paying customer. I

|#|horrible experience here. bad customer service, the lady was snarky and made sarcastic comments towards me. I asked for a trim and said repeatedly to not take too much off the length. Afterwards measuring that she had cut 20cm off of my hair
