We limit the number of homes we design and build each year to ensure every home receives the individual attention required to meet the highest of quality standards. We only use traditional materials such as brick, weatherboard, and plaster to ensure your home will stand the test of time, whilst keeping on the cutting edge of architectural design trends both inside and out.We don't run TV adverts. We don't have full time sales staff. We don't have masses of office staff or the associated costs of those staff and other overheads. We are a small New Zealand owned company led from the front by the people that own it. This allows us to focus solely on the task at hand - producing the highest quality product. And because we do not have to cover the costs of all of the overheads that our competitors carry, we guarantee to design & build that product for less than any of our major competitors.Although we specialise in high quality properties, we have plans and specifications for homes of all shapes and sizes to suit any budget. If we dont have a plan that you like, then we can design a home specifically for you, or modify a set of existing plans. Whether you are a first home buyer looking for a small 3 bedroom home, or a family looking for a large 5 bedroom home, we can design and build your dream. If you already have a piece of land, want to build on a piece of land we own, or want to buy a house we have already built on our own land, we can help.We build primarily in Auckland, and have recently built a number of homes in and around Spinnaker Bay, in Beachlands. They have been built to our Palladium standard which is the highest specification we produce, and one of the highest specifications available in the market place - see the page on Specifications for more details.We build homes not houses. When we price and build your home, we price and build it so it is ready for you to move in as soon as we are finished with nothing further to do. What is the point of buying a new home that does not include carpet, or fences, or landscaping, or driveways? The list goes on when it comes to exclusions that many others leave out of the build process (and their quote), but we include it all. When you purchase a home from Palladium Homes, you will receive a home ready to live in. The carpet laid, the driveways in, the landscaping complete including fences, top quality topsoil, grass and gardens etc. This is a home for you to live in, and we believe it should be liveable from day one when you move in.
