PHONEplus was initially established in 1993. In 2000, the company was purchased by the Top Energy Group to support their corporate initiative by providing sustainable employment opportunities for Northland people.
Since then, we have evolved from delivering traditional call centre telesales functions to partnering with businesses to bring expertise and experience in sales, customer service, market research and critical back-office administrative processing.
