Accomplish Vocational Services Limited, is a privately owned company and part of the Accomplish network, dedicated to the provision of vocational services within the wider Bay of Plenty and Hawkes Bay regions.This is an individual service for clients where they participate in an in-depth assessment of their skills, competencies, interests, goals and barriers to employment.Clients are provided with current information to assist in the identification of appropriate opportunities for employment. As part of this service a personalised Work Plan is developed that provides easily identifiable steps that leads the client to their agreed job choice. A copy of the Work Plan is made available to the referring Case Manager and client on completion of the service.
