Glasshouse Property Management Hamilton was founded by Jeremy Baker, who took over his grandmother's portfolio from a large Hamilton rental agency.
The properties were in bad shape, attracted low rents, and had a lot of tenant problems. In addition, vacancy issues resulted in poor cash flow. He aimed to improve the properties and attract better tenants. His strategy worked: he increased returns and removed the stress.
