St Paul's Collegiate School is the only independent secondary school in Hamilton, New Zealand. The School is built on the foundation of the Anglican ethos and provides secondary education for boys in Years 9 to 13 and girls in Years 11 to 13.The School has a roll of approximately 600 students, of whom approximately 100 are senior girls. Limiting the places available allows the School to provide an environment in which every student is known personally.St Paul’s is committed to providing a safe environment, in which students can live, learn and succeed. Staff are dedicated to encouraging students, as individuals, to strive to reach their potential and prepare for the challenges of life. As a result, St Paul’s students enjoy academic success well above the national average, and greater opportunities for attracting scholarship rewards.The School opened on 12 February 1959 on the present site at Hukanui Road, Hamilton. St Paul's also has a venture school support campus at Tihoi in the Taupo District, which boys attend in Year 10.
