Mike is proud to have joined the Property Brokers Residential Team after completing his National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) course in the early part of 2012 through Real ITO, under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. He enjoyed studying and passing the eleven papers required to obtain his licence.

Mike hit the ground running in 2012 then followed on with an even more successful year in 2013, listing and selling many houses and getting great results for his Vendors. Two of the highlights in 2013 were being inducted into the Property Brokers Multi-Million Dollar Club, in recognition of more than five million dollars of Real Estate transacted in one year, as well as also being named as a finalist in the company-wide Rookie of the Year nominations at the end of year company awards.
Mike gets very positive and encouraging feedback and testimonials from both Vendors and Purchasers alike and attributes his success largely to his work ethic and his determination to get the best result for all parties.
Prior to shaping a career in real estate he has had a wide and varied career path in his home town of Palmerston North. Having previously worked in Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Procurement, Security, the Health sector and Hospitality, he is well-grounded to relate to folk from all walks of life.
