We found nothing wrong with the apartment but , after paying cash in advance, we found only one small saucepan to cook with and a complete lack of helpfulness when we requested a additional saucepan/frypan. Bluntly told us we would have to wait 'till his wife got home - when asked how long she would be he said he didnt have a clue. A further approach from a member of our group ( 4 adults) resulted in a response that was aggressive and downright rude. We would not recommend this as a pleasant place to stay.
