Lundia shelving is a Swedish-founded commercial and residential storage furniture designer. Their hallmarks are sustainable, modular design, and a strong environmental heritage. Lundia has over 150 years of cumulative specialist industry experience.In 1946 Harald Lundqvist invented a self-tensioning principle desgined to hold components together. He applied these principles to a range of timber shelving, which provided incredible strength and durability for his finished product.
Harald patented this system in 40 different countries, and pioneered the Lundia brand as we know it now. Lundia products today are globally represented and are renowned for their quality, strength, versatility and durability.
Here in New Zealand, Lundia Shelving NZ is a 100% privately owned company, specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of customisable timber storage solutions using standard components. The head office and manufacturing plant is based in Auckland, with national distribution across New Zealand and Australia.
