|#|KESS (inside Queensgate) Lower Hutt = BAD NEWS!! I recently had my hair cut by the Asian lady (don't know her name) and absolutely shocking results. She literally hacked my hair with her scissors and now my hair has really short bits (about 3cm long in length) all over the place that I can't even straighten properly as it's too short to straighten and sticks right out if my hair is straightened anyway so it looks stupid (my hair is past shoulder length). So now I have to wait for, say, a year now for those patches to fully grow out and get it PROFESSIONALLY cut by someone who actually knows what they are doing!! I only noticed this once I got home (an hours drive away) and did not want to waste petrol going back otherwise it would have turned very ugly!! On the upside, I have had good experiences with the eyebrow threading there just NOT the hairdressing :\ Boo!
