The company Hans Lindflaten A / S was founded in 1945 by Hans Lindflaten. Ever since its establishment, the company has represented KSB in Norway and KSB has been the most important supplier of pumps and valves.
As part of a "generational change" and with broad support from employees, Lindflaten's shareholders took the initiative in 2008 to KSB AG to sell the company. In September 2008, KSB acquired 90% of the shares in Lindflaten AS with an agreement to take over the last 10% from 01.01.2013.
In the spring of 2012, the company changed its name from KSB Lindflaten AS to KSB Norge AS and is now a full member of the KSB family.
