The full trek of the Cordillera Huayhuash is what is known as the classic circuit. on the course many spectacular high passes over 4600m , two of them at 5000m. as Cuyoc pass and San Antonio Pass.

This trek visits the Cutatambo valley, which is situated below the mountain "Siulá Grande" real place in the history of Joe Simpsons, "Touching the void".

Among other peaks The mountains can be seen during the trek are: Rondoy, Ninashanca, Jirishanca, Yerupajá chico, Yerupajá, Cuyoc, Diablo Mudo, Rasac , huacrish, Sacra an others peaks . the lakes as Mitucocha , Carhuacocha, Atopshayco , Siula , Viconga, Jurao , Sarapococha , Jahuacocha , Solteracocha.

This Huayhuash Trek is considered among the ten best trekking routes in the world.

Before this trek We recommended one or two acclimatizing day ( churup lake or 69 lake )

ITINERARY:

Day 01.- Huaraz – Chiquian – Llamac – Cuartelhuain
Day 02.- Cuartelhuain – Cacanan Pass 4,700m. – Mitucocha
Day 03.- Mitucocha – Carhuac Pass 4,600m.- Carhuacocha
Day 04.- Carhuacocha – Siula Pass 4,800m. – Huayhuash
Day 05.- Huayhuash – Poartachuelo Pass4,600m.- Viconga ( hot spring )
Day 06.- Viconga – Cuyoc Pass 500m. – San Antonio
Day 07.- San Antonio – San Antonio Pass 5,020m. – Cutatambo
Day 08.- Cutatambo – Visit Base Camp of (Touching The Void)
Day 09.- Cutatambo – Huayllapa – Huatiac
Day 10.- Huatiac – Tapush Pass 4,800m. – Yaucha Pass 4,800m. – Jahuacocha
Day 11.- Rest day or visit Cerro Amarrillo
Day 12.- Jahuacocha – Pampa Llamac Pass 4,300m. – Llamac – Huaraz
