COLEGIO FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT, founded in 1946 by American residents in Peru, is a non-sectarian, non-profit, independent school. Colegio Roosevelt is the official U.S. State Department Office of Overseas Education School in Peru and serves the international business and diplomatic community, as well as host country nationals seeking a North American-style of education. The program is co-educational, non-residential, and extends from Early Childhood (age 3) through twelfth grade. Colegio Roosevelt, an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, is accredited by AdvancED (formerly known as the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools) and the Peruvian Ministry of Education.
The language of instruction is English and students can earn a USA diploma, the Official Peruvian Program certificate and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma.
