Dear User, I had utilized the service of this company to move my house from Riyadh to Jeddah in July 2014 (Invoice & Payment Receipts Available if needed). I had contracted with Camel based on a recommendation of my friend. But was very very very disappointed to have been selected this unprofessional company. The team in Riyadh was good, the packing and handling (loading) was professional. But when the shipment arrived in Jeddah, the nightmare started. The team and the Team Leader here Name Aca was pathetic. This guy was so unprofessional, he just doesn’t know how to talk to customer. Moreover, the driver who arrived with the shipment was communicating with me directly to reach my home in Jeddah, and was asking for the team to offload the shipment. I kept chasing this Stupid team leader who kept saying, “I will reach in 10 mins” and kept me waiting for almost 1.5
