Lors de la reprise du domaine en 2014, Cédric Guillod, jeune trentenaire, quatrième génération à exploiter le domaine viticole de Praz, a souhaité apporter une identité vitaminée propre à chacun de ses vins.Soucieux de préserver son domaine et de l’inscrire dans une éthique de durabilité, Cédric Guillod effectue une reconversion bio débutée en février 2017, processus qui verra son entreprise établie à Praz labellisée « Le Bourgeon » à fin 2018. « En fait, je reprends les livres de mon arrière-grand-père, et j’applique ce qui se faisait dans les années 30.
