Occupa circa 150 dipendenti tra maestranze edili e impiegati amministrativi. Da circa 15 anni ha un sistema di qualità certificata ISO 9001.
Fondata da Giovanni Quadri nel 1957 quale ditta individuale l’impresa di costruzioni Giovanni Quadri si è ritagliata nel mercato ticinese uno spazio di tutto rispetto. Nel 1970 è stata trasformata in società anonima ma la conduzione è sempre rimasta a carattere famigliare.
