Im Jahr 2000 gehörten Rita und Daniel Windisch zu einer Gruppe von sieben solothurnischen Direktvermarktern, die zusammen die Gschänktruckli mit exquisiten bäuerlichen Produkten lancierten.Wenig später wurde die so natürlich GmbH gegründet, die Absatzkanäle für hochwertige Produkte von Solothurner Bauernfamilien erschloss. So sind getrocknete Bohnen, Früchte und Tee aus dem Tröchni-Huus heute in kleineren Läden im ganzen Kanton Solothurn und angrenzenden Gebieten erhältlich. Umgekehrt ist das Angebot im Hofladen in Gretzenbach um die Produktpalette von so natürlich erweitert.
2002 erhielt das Ehepaar Windisch den solothurnischen landwirtschaftlichen Innovationspreis Solaprix. Seit dem gleichen Jahr ist ihr Hofladen zertifiziert, die verschiedenen Anforderungen werden regelmässig kontrolliert.
