PhysiotherapieDie Physiotherapie ist eine medizinische Disziplin die sich auf das Behandeln von Menschen mit einer physischen Beeinträchtigung spezialisiert hat. Sie fördert eine Schmerzreduktion und die Genesung von Körperstrukturen und liegt ihren Hauptaugenmerk auf die Muskeln, Sehnen, Bänder, Nerven, Knochen.
Die Kosten werden durch die obligatorische Krankenversicherung getragen. Hierzu bedarf es eine Verordnung von einer Ärztin / einem Arzt oder einer Chiropraktorin / einem Chiropraktor.
Osteopathie
Die Osteopathie ist ein Gesundheitsberuf, dessen Behandlungsmethoden auf manuellen Techniken beruhen und zugleich präventiv und heilend wirken.
Die Osteopathie geht vom Konzept aus, dass der Organismus ein Ganzes ist und die Gesundheit vom funktionellen Gleichgewicht aller Strukturen abhängt, die den menschlichen Körper ausmachen.
Sie umfasst deshalb alle Diagnoseverfahren und therapeutischen Manipulationen, die der Erfassung, Behebung und Prävention von osteopathischen Läsionen dienen, das heisst von Veränderungen des Zustandes der (anatomischen) Struktur, die bei Anwendung einer geeigneten Behandlung reversibel sind.
Osteopathinnen und Osteopathen wenden einen manuellen Ansatz zur Behandlung von Funktionsstörungen oder somatischen Beschwerden an, wobei das Studium der Symptome und des Krankheitsbildes ebenso wie die eigene Einschätzung der Osteopathin bzw. Osteopathen auf ganzheitliche Weise miteinander verbunden werden.
Das Ziel der osteopathischen Behandlung wird nicht nur über Manipulationen oder die Ausrichtung des muskuloskelettalen Systems erreicht, die auf einer genauen Kenntnis der Anatomie und Biomechanik beruhen und präzise, klare Handgriffe erfordern.
Ebenso wichtig ist die Beziehungsdimension, das heisst die Fähigkeit, den Patientinnen und Patienten zuzuhören und ihre Lebensgewohnheiten und ihren Allgemeinzustand mit einzubeziehen.
Die Kosten werden durch die Zusatzversicherung getragen. Hierzu bedarf es in der Regel keine Verordnung von einer Ärztin / einem Arzt oder einer Chiropraktorin / einem Chiropraktor. Wichtig ist jedoch vor einer Erstkonsultation die jeweilige Zusatzversicherung zu kontaktieren und sich bezüglich einer Kostenübernahme zu informieren.
