La politique de Aqua-Swiss-Jet peut ainsi être définie en trois axes principaux:

PROPOSER LE MEILLEUR RAPPORT QUALITÉ / PRIX DU MARCHÉ: Dans l'objectif de proposer des tarifs attractifs, nous avons été amené à maitriser tous les processus de la chaine depuis la conception des produits, en passant par la fabrication jusqu'à la vente et la distribution. Notre usine en Europe nous permet l'optimisation d'une qualité Européenne ( Isolation très performante, Électronique Canadien de la marque Gecko). A titre d'exemple, tous nos spas une fois produits, sont testés en conditions réelles d'utilisation pendant une période de 24 heure. L'étanchéité, ainsi que les différentes fonctions du spa, peuvent ainsi être testées dans des conditions optimales. Cela nous permet ainsi d’assurer la meilleure qualité d'assemblage. C'est pourquoi nous pouvons vous proposer une garantie de 2 ans sur l'électronique de 10 ans sur l'étanchéité de la coque et de 3 ans sur la structure.
2. ASSURER UN SUIVI SÉRIEUX DE NOTRE CLIENTÈLE:Installer un produit tel qu'un spa nécessite des connaissances en électricité ou dans d'autres domaines. Afin de vous aider dans votre démarche, nous sommes à même de vous proposer la mise en service de nos produits où que vous habitiez en Suisse.Vous souhaitez effectuer vous même la mise en service et vous avez besoin de conseils ? 3. PROPOSER UN SAV RAPIDE ET EFFICACE :Un spa est un investissement important. Il est donc nécessaire de s'assurer que la société auprès de laquelle vous prévoyez de faire l’acquisition d’un spa, vous propose un service après vente rapide et efficace.
Dans ce but, Aqua-Swiss-Jet a suivi deux axes principaux. Le premier est de disposer d'un stock de pièces détachées permettant de pallier rapidement à tous les problèmes qui pourraient survenir sur votre spa. Le second étant, qu’en cas de dépannage, notre équipe intervient directement chez vous ou nos revendeur agrée dans un délai moyen de 7 à 14 jours ouvrés maximum. (si nous avons la pièce en stock)
