In unseren Sonnenstudios tanken Sie nicht nur Sonne und genießen Ihren ganz persönlichen Wohlfühlmoment: Sie bekämpfen auch gleichzeitig einem Vitamin-D-Mangel, der in unseren Breitengeraden – gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit – besonders häufig vorkommt. Eine ausreichende Versorgung mit Vitamin D ist für den Knochenaufbau besonders wichtig und beugt Osteoporose vor. Durch die Nahrung allein kann der Körper jedoch seinen Vitamin-D-Bedarf nicht vollständig decken. Nur durch die Aufnahme von UVB-Strahlen, die sowohl durch die Sonne als auch durch Solarien erzeugt werden, bildet der Körper das lebensnotwendige „Sonnenhormon“ Vitamin D. Daher kommt der regelmäßige Besuch einer Sonnenbank vor allem in den Wintermonaten Ihrem Knochenbau zugute. Doch nicht nur das: Der regelmäßige Besuch eines Solariums soll auch positive Auswirkungen auf den Gemütszustand haben und möglicherweise sogar Winterdepressionen verhindern.
