Huntly Glen is the historic home of the family of Thomas Pringle, leader of the Scottish 1820 Settler party. He was a leading role-player in the freedom of the press and the emancipation of the slaves in South Africa. Fifth generation Ernest Pringle and his wife, Anne, invite you to share this idyllic spot with them and learn about the history of the area. Guests occupy a spacious, restored farmhouse and adjacent cottage sufficiently removed from the present farm house to ensure privacy.
