Internship Program

SHAC's hospitality training courses are designed to achieve world-class standards of service. I am also able to conduct courses that are custom made to suit each establishment’s needs.

Detailed manuals are supplied for all attendees and training will always be conducted at your. The use of audio visuals also makes it much easier for attendees to understand the courses.

I understand that the recruitment process and the process of finding the right candidates to work for your establishment can be a stressful one. If you would like me to assist in your recruiting process or find staff for your establishment through my vast network of contacts that I have established, I assure to get you the best candidate.

Purchasing
Purchasing, if not executed effectively, can be costly for your Hotel or Lodge. I will assist you in sourcing the highest quality goods to suit your hotel's budget.

Controls & Management Systems
I will set-up or recommend effective control systems for all aspects of your establishment. Front Office (Property Management Systems), Telephone Management Systems, Menu Costing Systems, to Food & Beverage (Point Of Sale Systems), you name them, I will assist you in finding the right product, for your Hotel or Lodge and that will suit your budget.

Menu & Wine list
I will assist in refining your menus and wine list: from the selection of food and beverages to the design and layout of the menu and wine list.

Sales & Marketing
I fully understand that marketing is the key to successful businesses. With my vast experience in the Hotel/ Lodge operations, which includes Sales & Marketing, I will assist you with marketing strategies for your Hotel/ Lodge/ Guesthouse and any other tourism and hospitality establishment.
