NO Peugeot Northcliff, this is definately NOT customer service!!! My Peugeot 1007 is now booked in going for the 3rd week and still you are waiting for parts from another branch - how is that possible in the land of COURIER SERVICES?? oh and the customer service, what customer service??? I have to call each day to enquire about the repair of my vehicle, the only thing I get is promises to phone me back and promises on my cell phone that the vehicle will be fixed hopefully by this afternoon!! Sorry this Peugeot will be sold when I receive her back, whenever this will be. In the meantime it is my problem to get to work in Soweto and back home in Roodepoort.
