I would like to lodge a complaint with you regarding the bad quality of service I received from one of your staff members today . I was in the queue for almost twenty minutes when the lady in front of me was served and seemed unsure about what she wanted . The queue behind me was quite long too. After a while I discovered that those people behind me were served in another till and I asked the lady who served them why were we not informed of this . And this lady rudely said I have saying "next customer" so you never came and I have been assisting others ! I felt offended because how was one to know that her till which is practically behind me was actually operational as there was also a queue in the dispensary. Even when she was servicing me she was hitting the till buttons and the pay point as if she was making a statement. I have always had a good customer service for the past 8 years I have been working in Arcadia with your staff , this lady has made me not use your pharmacy anymore
