Dr Jehle was educated in Cape Town at Rondebosch Boys’ High School and graduated MBChB from the University of the Free State in 1998. He later worked in England as a General Surgery trainee obtaining his MRCS in 2006. He returned to Cape Town and completed his urology specialist training at Groote Schuur Hospital where he was awarded a Masters Degree from the University of Cape Town with his dissertation on transrectal ultrasound Use in Prostate Biopsies.He is a Fellow of the College of Urologists of South Africa and a member of the South African and European Urological Associations. He holds a part-time appointment in the Division of Urology at Groote Schuur Hospital and maintains an interest in academic medicine and medical education. He is a consultant on the multidisciplinary urology-oncology meeting at Groote Schuur hospital.Dr Jehle has a broad interest across the subspecialties of Urology including Urological Oncology (treatment of prostate, bladder and kidney cancer), Paediatric and Reconstructive Urology, minimally invasive surgery and men’s health.
