Bruce and Marianne Richards always dreamed of starting our Eco-friendly luxury guesthouse and conference centre and in 2004 we found the ideal location in Irene Centurion. It took a further 4 years to make the necessary changes and investments before we were happy to open our doors. Irene, now over 107 years old, has a small country village atmosphere in Centurion with unique stone walls and tree-lined streets. It is a peaceful and convenient location for business travelers with Highveld Technology Park and Route 21 Office Park only 5 kilometers away. Centurion Restaurants within a 10 minute driving distance include seafood, steak, continental, Portuguese, traditional South African and Turkish, whilst Italian fare is a short walk away. Marianne spent over 10 years in Corporate Marketing and Event management. She is a professional Spinning Instructor and loves family time. Bruce is British, born in Lima Peru who's background includes 15 years of experience at JSE listed Company finishing as Managing Director International driving and growing international sales as well as shaping group marketing strategy across 36 countries in five continents.
