Situated at the end of Swart Street in a cul-de-sac, Hillside Cottage is the ideal ¿getaway¿ place for times of relaxation and rest. A spacious covered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities welcomes guests to the home. Double patio doors then lead into the comfortable lounge complete with fireplace and TV (with limited DSTV viewing). From the lounge, a large dining room and an open plan kitchen is situated. The fully self catering kitchen is fitted with every modern appliance including, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. Hillside Cottage sleeps 8 people. Behind the kitchen, a downstairs bedroom with twin beds and a separate downstairs toilet, hand basin and shower is situated. A small flight of stairs take one to the upper level of the house, where the main bedroom complete with double bed is placed. A third bedroom with four single beds allows for large family groups. In between the bedrooms, a second bathroom is found with toilet, hand basin and bath. All linen and towels are provided. Every bed has hot water bottles and extra blankets for cold nights and the double bed has an electric blanket. Off-road undercover parking is provided for 2 vehicles on the property. In front of the house, there is a double terrace garden with lots of space to kick a ball and have children¿s games, as well as a trampoline and jungle gym.
