To whom it may concern, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Speak to whoever it is you have contracted to distribute your Constantiaberg Bulletin in the Diep River area to take an extra 30secs to place the paper into the letterboxes that are provided at my block of flats and not just dump a pile of paper on the pavement to blow around into the street, pool and gate motor! This has been the procedure to date and frankly its becoming a very costly exercise for the body corporate at my block. Alternatively you could save the paper and not bother to deliver to my block at all, as nobody gets to read these in any event. Please advise as to how we can resolve this issue?
