VERY POOR RATING|#|Date: October 21, 2015 To whom it may concern: I am writing this letter to express my utter dissatisfaction with the quality and professionalism of the service provided at the Glenwood Zenex Service Center at 597 Berea Rd Durban. It has been my unfortunate experience to have taken my vehicle to Zenex for servicing and am not surprised to hear that it is a sentiment shared by other customers alike. I took my cherished Jaguar a week ago for a routine servicing at a substantial cost of R4,000 and was told after their initial inspection that the alternator needed replacement costing an additional R10,000. This confused me since I had only recently changed the unit and promptly informed the servicemen Junaid of this noting that it still carried a valid warranty. The conversation ended there. Several days later I phoned worrying about the time it was taking for the routine servicing and was duly informed that the gearbox reverse gear was slipping. This heightened my w
