KSB is represented throughout the whole country with nine additional sale branches in South Africa, four branches in Sub Saharan Africa and a nationwide network with accredited service centres.
In order to offer a comprehensive aftersales service, KSB established a dedicated service division - either in own Service workshop in Johannesburg, in one of the six Regional Service Centres or by its competent Field Service Organisation.
