I had a slight damage to my Toyota Camry. Ross Champion tried to get a second hand door to replace the damaged one. They said they could not source one and rep;aired my damaged door. It took three weeks to complete the repair. When I asked for a waiver of my excess (R500) for the inconvenience they replied that it was not company policy. No apologies were tendered to me I am disgusted at the time it took to perform the repair on my vehicle. No courtesy car was offered to me and I had to hire a car at considerable expense .
