Bruce qualified from the Hotel School in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe in 1990, with a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management. After spending two years furthering his trade in England, Bruce returned to Zimbabwe where he joined Inns of Zimbabwe as General Manager of Pine Tree Inn and later Inn on Great Zimbabwe. Nadine had her own successful business selling "Cozy Comforter" hot and cold packs to pharmacies and physiotherapists in Johannesburg, before joining Bruce at Inn on Great Zimbabwe. In February 2003, they moved to South Africa where they became management couple of Isandlwana Lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. InnProperties enables Bruce and Nadine to marry their experience in the hospitality industry with a long-time interest in the property market. They are both qualified estate agents and InnProperties is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board. In 2006 they fulfilled a long-term dream of living by the sea and they now live in the picturesque town of St.Francis Bay in the Eastern Cape.
