Tshukudu Game Lodge is a proudly, owner-run 3 star game lodge adjoining the Greater Kruger National Park. As one of South Africa’s most famous lodge for it's wildlife experiences, we offer our guests an unforgettable experience in game viewing, warm hospitality and delicious homemade cuisine. Consisting of 14 chalets, Tshukudu Game Lodge combines comfort with all the necessities including that African "touch". The open plan lodge, which is protected by elephant proof fencing, almost naked to the eye, merges the lodge with its natural environment.

Tshukudu Game Lodge is a sanctuary to Africa’s Big Five within it's own PRIVATE GAME RESERVE, with over 5000 hectares traversing of wilderness. Our highly skilled rangers and trackers guide guests in the early mornings and later afternoon / evenings, in open 4x4 game drive vehicle or on foot to experience the wildlife that much more up close and personal. Tshukudu Game Lodge is also proud to be one of the first established lodges in Hoedspruit ... A labour of love for the Sussens family, where it has developed into a true haven for wildlife and a unique tourist destination over the past 30 years.

Tshukudu is also well renowned for the re-introduction of orphaned animals to the wild, it offers guests the rare opportunity of interacting with animals on a special morning walk.
