Hi, I am a 58yr old white female with Crohns disease and because of this I get terrible sores in my mouth. In addition to the disease I am taking Methotrexate which impaires my immune system so the ulcers dont heal easily. The only medication I have found to work and give me some relief is Kenalog in Orabase. I have been unable to find any in the southern suburbs of Cape Town.
