When the soya is ready and ripe, it is harvested and there are so many fruit and suppliers who go to the farms to select the best soya that will sell in the market. It is the duty of the vegetable farmers to make sure that the good handling of the soya is maintained so that it reaches the market and finally to the customers still fresh.
