The Queen's Hotel is the third oldest hotel in South Africa and was built in 1880. The original building was made of stone and had a thatched roof. At that time it belonged to a Mr Ford. We offer 40 stylishly decorated en-suite double bedrooms providing individually remote controlled air-conditioning and television, with DSTV, clock radio and direct dial telephone. Skilfully renovated using only the finest materials, from the marble in the foyer to the handpicked antique furnishings, The Queen's Hotel offers colonial style accommodation and service that is reminiscent of a by-gone era.
