|#|The company response is slow and this is the second I experience bad service. Like today Saturday 1 February 2014 my wife accidently trigged the alarm. Only after an hour they made a turn at my house to ask if everything is ok and they were too busy and could not come earlier. Just imagine if there was a burglary and my wife was at home. Don't want to think what could have happen. I'm too embarrassed to mention the first incident as this was a joke.
