Nitgen&Company Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in provision of network services and solutions. The Company operates in three business segments: Nitgen Enpia and RIA. Its Nitgen segment provides fingerprint identification modules (FIMs), fingerprint identification computer utilities and security server solutions, fingerprint recognition scanners and access control systems. Its Enpia segment provides network services, including SecurePack series for securities and financial enterprises, and solutions, consisting of Enpia S products, which are intelligent traffic management (ITM)-related solutions. Its RIA segment develops software. It was also engaged in the landscaping business, which provided street tree planting services and landscaping facilities. On June 30, 2012, it divested landscaping business into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary. On July 19, 2012, the Company established a new wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong.
