The Company mainly provides assembling components into mobile phones, injection moldings, as well as other products such as resins for mobile phone components. It distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas market. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two affiliated companies. On April 19, 2011, the Company changed its name to ILYA CO., LTD. from ILYA HI-TECH.CO.,LTD.
