TEC&Co Co., Ltd is a Korea-based holding company engaged in the management of its subsidiaries as well as manufacture and construction of communication equipment and home network systems. The Company operates in three segments: smart system, telecommunication and communication cable. Its smart system segment engages in construction of home network, and provision of home network products such as home servers, lobby phones, remote controllers, digital door locks and others. Its telecommunication segment engages in the electrical engineering and electrical facility installation. Its communication cable segment engages in the manufacture of copper communication cables. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two subsidiaries, TEC Construction Co., Ltd., engaged in the construction of educational institutions and residential buildings, and TEC&R CO., LTD., engaged in the development and rental of real estates.
