Korea Materials & Analysis Corp. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of industrial precision analysis and measurement equipment. The Company provides three categories of products: flat panel display (FPD) testing equipment, thickness measuring instruments and chroma instruments, as well as vision and three-dimensional (3D) analyzers; bio and medical diagnostic equipment, including point-of-care testing (POCT) biosensors and bio chips, and analysis equipment, including spectral analysis and small measuring instruments. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had two affiliated companies.
