The Company has three highway resting places, two gas stations and two liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) charging stations. Its manufacture segment manufactures capacitor products include round-type polymer capacitors, functional polymer aluminum capacitors, and capacitors for electric devices. It also operates funeral homes. On October 27, 2011, the Company sold entire 53% stake in DAEYEONG SAVINGS BANK. On October 25, 2012, it acquired a 100% stake in a Korea-based company, engaged in the manufacturing and sale of closed-circuit televisions (CCTVs). On February 6, 2013, the Company acquired a 87.5% stake in a Korea-based company, engaged in film, drama productions.
