The Company provides three categories of services: solution service, Internet service and system integration (IS) service. Its solution services provides electronic business (e-business) related solutions, such as unified messaging system (UMS), Internet fax, email archiving, Web mail, anti spam/virus, open source software, digital archiving products and others. Its Internet service provides online message delivery services, Internet faxing services, electronic payment gateway and secure commerce services, as well as online shopping, e-learning services and others. Its SI service provides design, development, building and operation of information systems, as well as management, education and maintenance services. The Company sold its entire shares of Incube Technologies Inc., equivalent to a 50% stake, to Daou Data Corp, on May 26, 2011.
