F&F Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of men's and women's apparels and accessories. The Company provides apparels and accessories, such as casual apparels, dresses, blouses, sportswear and others under licensed brand names, ELLE SPORTS, RENOMA SPORTS CLUB, MLB KIDS and MLB, as well as its own brand Banila B. The Company distributes its products through department stores, sales agencies and direct management stores. The Company also operates outlet shopping malls named COLLECTED, and JARDIN PERDU restaurants under the modern concept. In addition, it engaged in the leasing of non-residential buildings. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had seven affiliated companies.
