Korea Digital Communications Corporation is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of three-dimensional (3D) systems. Its 3D business provides 3D movie theaters systems, 3D liquid crystal display (LCD) panels and 3D picture cameras. It was also engaged in the network integration (NI)/system integration (SI) services business, which provided local area network (LAN) equipment, data transmission equipment, servers, switches and others, as well as wireless network maintenance services. In addition, it provides communication services, such as voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services and others, and engages in the leasing of real estate. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had four affiliated companies. On November 17, 2012, it divested its NI/SI business into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary.
