The Company provides massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs), such as Lineage, Lineage II, Aion, Guild Wars, City of Heroes, City of Villains, Blade and Soul, Guild Wars II, Lineage Eternal and WildStar; casual games, such as Love Beat, Dragonica, Arpia, Slugger, Popcap World, Bijoumachu, Metal Black, Magic Thousand-Character Classic, Free Rice and Food Force, as well as Web games and board games, such as Murim Jekook, Magic King, Classic Gostop, Sun-un Gostop, Gloden Poker, Golden Land and others. The Company acquired a 76.35% stake in Ntreev Soft Co., Ltd., a Korea-based online game producer and software developer, on March 2, 2012. On December 24, 2012, it sold its entire shares of NC Interactive Inc., which mainly engages in the online game service, and established a new wholly owned subsidiary, NC West Holdings, which mainly engages in the management of the United States and Europe subsidiaries.
